Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has contracted a coronavirus. This is reported by the local publication Journal O Dia. He said this in an address to the citizens of the country. The publication notes that the head of state told about the positive test for the virus "with tears in his eyes". On March 12, a number of Brazilian and Argentine media outlets indicated that Bolsonaro was being examined. Earlier, in the environment of the President of Brazil, they found someone infected with coronavirus — the infection was detected in the head of the special Secretariat for communications, Fabio Weingarten. According to the latest data, more than 137 thousand people are infected in the world. More than 5 thousand died, and 69 thousand more were cured. An outbreak of COVID-19 caused by a new type of coronavirus was first reported in late December 2019 in Wuhan, China. Its symptoms are fever, fatigue, and cough. In addition to China, cases were detected in more than 100 countries around the world.
